Nice homeowner video. For a fresh (time-on-market) sale a realtor's view is a must: location, layout, s.f., mechnical, best views, etc. Each person has their own view of "lovely" and other captions. A good seller can bring it to market with just the right props.

It's a beautiful house (and grounds), but it's a shame that you feel you need to sell it to complete the film. Do you have another place to live?

i couldnt sell the cat for even a million dollars.. so sorry ken, no sale... and as for where ill live, well didnt you remember you offered for me to come visit? i thought id stay with you for a year or two( OF COURSE ill bring both cats) and get to know those big redwood trees.. what is your address again?
