And your ring announcer is the immortal JOOOOOEEE McHugh! No one remembers the period when Johnny Rodz actually main evented for the NWA Holywood promotion during the mid-70s. He worked as Arabian wildman Java Ruuk and was managed by Rowdy Roddy Piper for a bit. That was at the tail end of the good days for the old LeBell-Eaton family promotion and Rodz feuded with Victor Rivera during that time.
