Some cops aren't bad. Got pulled over doing 40 over on a back country road at 6am and they let me go cause i'm a local, some still do things the old way.
I'm a car enthusiast (7 cars, including a67 442, a 69 chevelle, and a 57 bel air with a 450) but if you race on a public motorway or endager other people you will get a ticket and lose your license in some cases, and rightfully so, go to a disclosed area to flex your cars muscle. I have seen many accidents with innocent people losing thier lives because some guys want to go 100+ miles per hour on a public motorway. Go to a track or a disclosed area, it's just as fun.
a cop once pulled me over at 142 in a 55, i was clearly street racing with 2 other friends at 3am, we were all respectful and polite and admitted our wrong doing and the cop said it would have been different if it were at 3pm but since we didnt deny our wrongdoing or act a fool he knocked 50mph off all of our citations, he saved me from losing my licsence and gave me an expensive learning experience. not all cops are bad guys
Not all cops are assholes, I have gotten some good ones that were cool. If you think they all are then you have gotten all bad ones or you provoked them to be that way. When you get caught doing something wrong (or what they see as wrong) (they make mistakes just like you do) they are just doing their job and some go all the way some let shit slide but you were still doing something wrong or they couldn't jack with you.

I don't understand why people are so upset with cops. Traffic violation is a serious matter. More people die every year from traffic accidents that are caused by reckless driving than from homicides.

damn, terrible. there was a civic at this car show I go to, and it wanted to ''prove'' it was bad ass so it just smoked them, right there next to sonic in the parking lot. What an idiot!!! there was a police car driving by as he did it, and he finished off, and he saw lights and heard sirens. soon re-enforcements, and there were a couple people given tickets and I think 1 guy arrested because he had an illegal mod, and was kinda boasting about it.

I got pulled over by a trooper for doing 83 in a 65 and got off with a warning. i passed a car going slow and sped up to go around when i got popped. then later on that day i responded to an accident call (im a volunteer firefighter) the same trooper was out there working it and i walked up and she said did you cause this (joking around) i thought it was funny
