While I still believe there is no "in your face" romances in FFXII, I do think though the pairings are implied. If you've done the Viera dating quest, the NPC has hinted that he never thought it'd be okay to date a Vierra until he saw a sky pirate and his Vierra partner together. And the picture of Baltheir/Fran in the end credits hints something. It also hints at the end of the game, of Vaan and Penelo. Ashe and Basch is implied at the ending as well, when Penelo says Ashe misses Basch.

Wonderful Video! I never understood how people pair up Balthier and Ashe, I mean if you pay attention to all the things Balthier says about Fran, or to Fran, I think it's very clear who has his heart and who is sleeping in who's bed. XD
