This is just a re-enactment of MJ's real accident... where his hair caught on fire.... from the TV documentary film : "The Jacksons: An American Dream".

But geez, did that actor ever look like Michael!!! He did a superb job imitating MJ...

Such a shame this actor died within a few months of this airing... :(

@IpanemaShirley77 The actual accident was much worse to see, with flames engulfing the entire back of his head... and him swatting at it, trying to put it out. :( He did NOT fall down the stairs though, as portrayed in this scene...
