I was actually looking for regular dumplings, but the Asian dumplings are cool! Looks great, 'cept for the cat... although it isn't like that's a restaurant kitchen... but still... not the most sanitary way to cook.

You can find dough in asian markets. They have doughs just for making dumplings! I think its labeled that way too!

@yizn: Well....this is not "american" dumplings. I just dont like to eat pork, so mom always makes dumplings with beef or lamp (which tastes way better than pork dumplings,imo!haha). And...well, mom's never been to America, so i dont think that's"american' dumplings. And, trust me, she makes dumplings better than any other restaurants in China...well, most restaurants I've been to, anyway! And i've traveled quite a lot!

Thanks! This is a great video, simple and educational. I've always wanted to learn the fasted way to make dumplings (mine involves a lot of folding along the edge), and this one is very clear.
