everybody shut the fuck up i dont know why i even commented on this. here is what is going on. there are 2 sides. the people who respect skateboarding and the people who dont. the only fair ways of going about this are:
1-if a skateboarder is skating on your property, you tell them to leave. you dont gotta be a dick about it. if the skaters refuse, come up with a small compromise, perhaps one more try? they dont need to be hit or have their board stolen.
2-if anyone becomes hostile, police.

Most kids are good kids and respectful of people in general. It was back in the day (1993 or so) when skating became popular in my school, kids were just trying to be tough then. Its not like that now from what i've seen on the streets and in these vids. People who hate need to get with 2011, not 1990. Keep skatin'.

Facts are that skaters are willing to take the risk of been injured with the injuries you listed above, the fact is building owners aren't willing to run the risk of been sued, by skaters and bystander who get injured by skaters. Also another fact is we only see 24 seconds of the inccodent

Because the film is limited, the skater could have called the ambos and police, but instead he beat his skate board against a window, if the window broke that is destruction of property, if it didn't he would be lucky if he wasn't charge with vandalism. Of coarse we didn't see all of what happened, I just gave my opinion on what was shown.
