  • That actually looks delicious.. Do you need the whey protein or is that what makes the consistency? I have to loose around 300 lbs, so this looks to me like a healthy way to start! Thank you..

  • @redneck500 Yeah it helps with the consistency. But protein is also important for muscle growth and can help with weight loss so I'd recommend it.

    I do the same with a little bit of soya milk and vanilla whey protein. Works with different kind of frozen fruits like strawberry and banana, for example. Personally I don't add ice cube, just the frozen fruits is enough.

    It tastes delicious...

  • thanxs a lot for this recipe.... i already did it but with chocolate whey protein powder .....not so good...im planning to buy vanilla it is more easily mixed with other stuff

  • @aDream400 my all-time favorite is myofusion by gaspari. Ain't cheap though, I only buy it sometimes. Chocolate works with raspberries ONLY though. Try that out.
