Should the child of the tenants be listed if he was a minor at the time the contract was signed, but is over 18 years old now? He is their child, but he is an adult now, although not specifically listed on the contract by name.
Hey Steve, I have a single family house that I rented out to a tenant who has not payed November, December rent and I want to evict him, what more do I need other than serving him with a 30 day notice to move out? and what happens if he doesnt move out on that day? can I physically remove him and his belongings?
