I remember when this song came out, id just graduated 8thgrade, and was at an amusement park in upper state New York...I can't imagine the world without film..

On CBS this morning, Kodak officially anounced that as of the end of this year they will no longer make or develop Kodachrome film. The legendary Kodachrome is slipping into history. It is the end of an era in photgraphy. As of January 1, 2011, Kodak is taking Kodachome away.

Cecilia ~ I enjoyed viewing your pictures thank you for sharing them. I also fancy myself as a above average photographer and can see the beauty in simple pictures and abstracts as you do. To bad more people dont stop and enjoy the everyday beauty of their lives. I have a 35mm Eos Rebel t2i and am about to get a underwater case this year for some neat pictures. I dont really believe digital photography is much of a learned art at 35mm.

Kodachrome being my favorite daytime transparency.

But as a Photojournalist relying on available light (not flash) --- I had no choice but of Fujichrome 1600 for evening work.

As Ektachrome had too much blue tint.

Ilford (b/w - negative film; british) and Kodachrome (usa)

haha thanks, its just that it was three oclock in the morning when i was doing it and i realized i put too many photos and it would take too long to decide which to keep and take off so i just looped the song. i ecxplained it in about the video but thank you very much<3
