I'm betting mid-season 7 because they showed some clips of the live shows that had already happened. It was before paula and jt had broken up though-

I think he popped the question and she got scared. And relationships rarely survive that..but she said on ryan's show that she and JT are still very good friends.

I hope saula is still playful like this with a 4th judge. They are still sitting together so I'm happy :)
