In Mexican Seafood restaurants they prepare "huachinango" (red snapper) or "Mojarra" deep fried with all the bones etc intact but prepared with limon and spices. I admit it is a rather acquired taste but much like those that serve Foie gras (not related I know) or other delicacies if you don't know it ASK!!!!!! sigh some dumbasses on this planet don't yah know. Minnesota Rules!!!!!!!
