  • Xymox, you're some dope shit. Seriously, A+

  • do the chops come with the pad?

  • @ 2:48, that smooth roll is amazing

  • you guys make some great products

  • i love this pad xD i did a review on my channel and i gave it a 9/10(: the reason it wasnt a 10 was because the laminates kind of made it a little loud and it was kinda heavy.. but it is an amazing pad!!

  • Tim looks pretty different :o

  • Pause it at 0:22

  • what sticks are those

  • how much are those? I looked on the website and it didn't show the price. IDK If it was just a glitch or if they don't have it on there...

  • @Drummaster13 You were probably looking on the products pad, but if you go to the store page everything has prices listed and you can place your order there :)

  • @Drummaster13 it's $143

  • @Drummaster13 143.00

  • my friend has this :)

  • 1:57 high spock on the left and low spock on the right. tim jackson wins, the rest of the quad world fails

  • oh man his flams give me a boner, thats how clean they are

  • I have this pad, but I know the waverunner version has replacement blue "aluminum" rims. I'm assuming that that's a color name, not metal?

  • Someone needs to contact Tim and tell him to try shownig his ability on America's Got Talent.

  • those are tight. he is tight. i love this.

  • 2:37 haha

  • to everyone, i own this tenor pad and i can say that if you are going to buy a tenor pad, this is the one to buy. the tonal holes are a great addition and are correctly placed and tim is playing on a table changing the tone, if not on a table it sounds great. also, unlike many other tenor pads when you do sweeps and scrapes (whatever you prefer calling them) there is no resistance like there is with a rubber pad, giving you the closest feel to the real drum there is. so i highly recommend it

  • they make others just like this..but I'd buy his in a heart beat. =] Besides, it does look cooler!!!!

  • @mukilinc: don't forget that sound quality on these videos aren't neccessarily accurate. It would sound different in person

  • Does anyone else think he looks different in EVERY video?

  • @allstar550 He does. In his I&E solo he looks really nerdy.

  • where can you get this pad?

  • i play snare but thats a sexy pad

  • are the laminates the graphics or the pads?

  • sweet pad

  • can you do a review of the pad in the sofa?

  • Hmmm.... I'm not sure how that got placed there. That is a prototype we were working on for another drum company. Not a Xymox pad. Sorry...

  • ok no problem whats the name of that pad?

  • what company is it?

  • Ddrum.

  • 1:58 he so got those backwards..low is on left

  • Actually, I think when he marched with the Blue Devils, they put the lowest on the right. You can see it in the video, "Tim Jackson Explains The Name Behind Quads". It's in the related videos box over there.

  • maybe you should watch the video again.

to christiansmithalone: so he made a small little mistake with the spock placement in this video.... Who cares.

His career in the DCI and I&E world makes up for it.

  • ehhhh...listen to the tone...the lowest I can guarentee isn't on the right...that's a weird placement. anyone who played quads for years would know that's practically stupid and hard to adjust.

  • @cwk1417 its sounds right to me.

  • @cwk1417 what are you talking about? the tones are correctly placed, he just has it on a table

  • he is so damn sexy.

  • vvvv haha i watch you videos =P

  • What a goober

    :D

  • To answer a common question.... the tonal sounds on the Tim Jackson Tenor are the same as those on the Standard Tenor Pad (see the vid) demoed by Brandon Zachey. The reason for the audible difference is Tim is playing on top of a coffee table (the tone sound is more pronounced when open underneath). As well, Tim is using a pair of Staccato Deadbeats which are not as articulate in clarity as opposed to a wood stick or acrylic mallet.

  • what is the weight of the pad ?

Because i come from HongKong, if i order it, i would like to know how mcuh of shipping

  • That awkwardness at 2:40 is hilarious!

  • it's really cool =]

  • it's really cool,haha=]

  • Lol 2:40.

  • is this the tim jackson from BD?

and RX? if so he got fat

  • haha you march drum corp and then try to keep all the weight off afterwards.

  • best tenor pad ive ever tried and own
