I live in Northern Pennsylvania and floods are a big problem. We have the Susquananna river and the Tioga river neither is a big river so much but floods from both rivers are very damaging to the region. Sometimes a road like that can be wiped out if the flood is bad enough. That looks like about a foot and a half in the road.
We had a lot of rain that day and it just flooded. It was really fun to play in, but in science we learned that it is dangerous to do that. Oh, well. It was fun.
