"The Chinese will dominate by 2015", because the United States has already used taxpayer money to ship the bulk of their Manufacturing Infrastructure to China. For a few dollars profit, America shot themselves in head and destroyed their ability to compete without continued government welfare.

mid 2000's there were chinese dealerships popping up on the west coast, but many failed. For 10grand you got a car about on par witht he 90's geo metro (with higher rates of critical failure though) but little dealership support, and parts not standard to our market.. It seemed they figured out that americans buy new cars in an outlet fashion, but missed that americans expect a lot of services from that outlet.

The way they are moving forward, I guess they have already started influencing american market and have already entered US market. The title "The Chinese are Coming" refers to past.
