How effective has circumcision been in America in preventing the spread of AIDS? We are a circumcising nation yet we have very high rate of AIDS. Why? Circumcision is not the answer.

I find it hard to believe that Bill can't see the harm of infant MGM. This guy with his brilliance put computers where they are today. You can't do something like that by ignoring facts. So the big question is why would he support an obviously flawed and practically fraudulent procedure?

Bill Gates appears to have been duped by circumfetishist doctor Bertrand Auvert into believing that genital mutilation can reduce HIV prevalence. Bill comes from a culture that accepts male genital mutilation as normal and likely has zero knowledge of the intact male anatomy.

Even if circumcision did reduce the incidence of HIV 100%, it is still an unwise choice to damage such a valued part of one's anatomy. Doing this for a lack of accurate information is a unique disservice provided by Mr. Gates

Most of the US men who have died of AIDS were circumcised at birth.

The US has THREE TIMES the HIV incidence that largey non-circumcising Europe has.

Wawer/Gray reported in 2009 that circumcising Ugandan men made them 50% MORE likely to uinfect their partners with deadly HIV.

OBVIOUSLY, circumcision is neither neccesary nor sufficient to thwart AIDS.

Bill Gates is imposing an inferior operating system on the genitals of African males, the same on he has been forced to live with.

The only thing circumcision has ever prevented is a full sexual experience, Those on whom this has been imposed have a psychological need to impose this on others.

Genital cutting has never really been about health, though there have been 140+ years of countless attempts at making bogus health claims to justify this surgical abuse. Adults who were so abused as children need to justify their depleted genital condition Bill Gates no exception. Problem is lots of money and a need to spend it. Now Africa has to bare the brunt of this insanity.

Bill Gates should be smart enough to know that babies do not have unprotected sex, so it's rare for infant circumcision to have a medical benefit. I guess if we have to buy his computer products, then males might as well have a penis that look like his?

In third world countries, If you spread falsehoods such as circumcision prevents HIV, then you're gonna get a bunch of young boys and stupid men who'll think that they're immune to STDS and go around doing everyhting in a skirt unprotected. Then, if they're lucky, the worst news they'll get is they're a dad.
