Wow, thast is what I want to be able to do!! What it on top of the board? Weighted bags for better spring back? and what size bag do you use? i may be using one a bit small for my level

@Chris78525 Yes Chris, the platofrm at the gym is unstable so I put some weighted bags on top to make it more stable. I use a Cleto Reyes large, but it really is not that big. It has enough mass for a beginner or professional. Best of luck in your learning the very exciting speedbag. You will do just fine! Showtime

@ShowtimeJohnnyPal Whatching your video showed me a different angle to the elbow strike. Now I can get off a quadrupal hit!! Front/reverse/ elbow/ front all with the same hand. Keep bagging and if you have time I would love to see advanced combos in slow motion. Go to Speedbag 1 on you tube and see his advanced combos, that is what I struggle on.. Thanks Showtime

@MikegLA310 I use Cleto Reyes exclusively ~ they are balanced and are made of light leather ~ just make sure you lubricate them because if not they will rip and tear because their skin is so delicate. Otherwise Everlast is fair. Thanks for the comment man! Showtime

Actually the more you fire up the bag the sweeter it gets ~ you have to work hard at your timing, rhythm and accuracy, then put it all together. Locking all those factors in depends on your practice and aptitude! From what I see of you, you have a great skillset for the bag. Fire'tup!! Showtime
