  • Oh hey! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my buddy got detailed 6 pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.

  • i used to eat a lot and i mean A LOT of fruit a day i.e 20 serves a day(apples oranges grapes , any fruit i could get my hands on) and it didnt change my weight (im very thin) and reduced my acne till i had none.

  • Eliminating bananas, tomatoes, eating lot of juicy fruits and leafy greens, having very little fat (like 1 table spoon of olive oil) = eliminated my acne

  • I personally use a lot of fruit in my diet, and it helped clear me up pretty fast. Really high water intake, coupled with fruits and other healthy practices really help more than people can believe.

  • this is just what i needed to hear! i have been off and on caffeine and want to take out fruits. both at the same time is not working

  • Yeah you definitely have to do if for a while to see results like months.I eat fish and I like to have banana bread for sweets, but no chocolate, dairy,or junk food.DOn't we all wish we could be like some and eat whatever the hell we want and still have clear skin.Organic food is expensive so you shouldn't buy all organic just the fruits and veggies. But the non organic food with tough skin like pineapple and avacado are still good for you I think. Its really hard though like she said.Juicing helps!

  • does someone else have more info about healing exzema, my brothers suffers every day from this skin disease, he has been on the strict raw food diet for a couple of months (before he ate some cooked foods, lots of fruit and vegetables for about a year) and he takes supplements and probiotica but he's still suffering, he has a lot of problems with his degistion, he says, and that his inside has to heal first before his skin will, i want to believe this but its taking so long...

  • Thanks, I'm going through this right now. Raw vegetables and high fruit for 5 days now, acne getting worse, what feels like fruit especially is making me break out more, but i'm hanging in there, cause fruits are very high in energy. One orange and I feel my muscles expanding. Greens are very low in calories and my weight drops like a bomb when I'm greens only. Fruits are crucial for weight stability/maintenance. Thanks for the support.

  • Great video! ;)

  • Thanks for sharing your advice and information on getting rid of acne and getting clear skin!

If you have any questions about acne or breakouts let me know... I'm sure I can help!

    Thanks!

  • i would recommend only fish(salmon, tilapia, mahi mahi) with fruits and vegetables. No greasy foods at all!

  • I'm fascinated at how exceted you are for beeing wednesday.

  • i dont like how someone should have to do this for a couple months to see results. i Love my meat. and pasta. and cereal. i was excited about this untill i found out how long you have to do it for. because theres no way ill be able to keep it up for so long.

  • @summergirl180 quit being a wimp, have strength of mind over your stomach

  • @GreenlandCat yea well while your curing your acne, your body could also get seriously damaged from not getting the goods you need from meat. no one can live off of fruits and veggies. thats why jesus gave us cows.

  • @summergirl180 no disrespect but cows and all animals were not created to be eaten, btw. :) If we're talking biblical here, in paradise with adam and eve, before the fall, man was commanded to eat of the greens NOT the flesh of animals. Flesh of animals was only permitted after the fall of man and after the flood when green were scarce. Death came from sin so even poor animals die because of it. But that doesn't mean eating animals is ideal for humans.. it sure is heck isn't ideal for the animal

  • @shockingalternative ohh makes sense. thanks (:

  • @summergirl180 u should check out jordan rubin " the maker diet" :)

  • @summergirl180

You do not need meat. In fact, diets that are free of meat are associated with higher health. Also, cows existed before jesus, so I find it hard to believe that he gave them to us...

  • @ocergnairb Inuits lived for thousands and thousands of years without fruit. Like she says and like we've seen in studies of peoples who didn't have any veggies or fruits fat and meat is all you really need (organic fat and meat that is) to live. Almost no fruit, veggies, or nuts grow in the Artic and they definitely don't grow in climates where winter is harsh, yet people have been living in harsh winter climates like Norway and England for thousands and thousands of years with no fruits.

  • Don't eliminate fruit!!! If you really want to get better eliminate nearly all fats.. that means nuts and avocados too. The only reason fruits would ever cause harm would be if you are eating a high fat diet too.. or if you're of course allergic.

People saying that fruit can cause spikes in blood sugar and are bad.. false. If you're eating low fat diet, you can eat pounds of fruit and be fine... TRUST ME

  • Don't eliminate fruits!! The real thing you should greatly reduce/ eliminate is fats.. that means nuts and avocados.

  • all the raw foodist movement, including myself, are nut and fruit addicts. doesn't it make sense that since we all came from an sugary fatty american diet, that we would naturally channel those addictions into fruit and sugar? yep. and that's why we counsel each-other all the time. raw foodists eat more sugar (fruit) and fat (nuts) then regular people. i lived on 2 days of just broccoli and was the best functioning days of my life. then i ate 4 bananas and BOOM! @#$! then z...Z...Z

  • What is included in raw foods?

  • why do some people suffer break outs from eating fruits?

  • is chewing gum ok? im thinking not..but i'm a total gum addict! its sugar free! haha

  • @bulabula80

Most foods that claim "Sugar Free" usually hav artificial sweeteners like "aspartame" and such. They are much more dangerous and toxic to your health!

  • @MsVenaLuna You though it used to be carbs that caused your acne. My brother had the same problem, He also used to think it was carbs until he found out he was wheat intolerant, when he cut out wheat his skin cleared up.

Just a thought, perhaps you might want to get an allergy test??

  • Gamma linolenic acid or Evening primrose oil is incredibly helpful. I had bleeding psoriasis and within a few months my whole body was healed up. primrose oil helps all your organs and your skin is an organ. I was on a standard diet at the time. This is a fat, but everything got even better when I went to a raw food diet. I lost 50 pounds and my arthritis is almost completely gone. hope this was helpful and besides. detox can bring out acne, then it clears up. also everything in moderation.

  • The thing is with acne, it's just a symptom of an underlying cause. It took me about 3 years to realize that my acne was caused by my toxic colon that I've built up since childhood till now, and I'm trying to clean it out now. It's difficult though.

But I just don't worry about acne anymore. I worry about my colon, and once you fix the underlying issue, acne will just disappear.

  • @MisterTissueBox Yes, yes and yes. Wheat and other processed foods like that are extremely hard for our body to digest. So they become sticky and clog up our colon. People have to realize that acne is not caused by dirt. If that were true then miners would all have acne. Your skin is the largest organ in our body, when something goes wrong everything can suffer. Diet really helps.

  • interesting,,, my face has cleared up on a basic raw food diet

  • A diet of no fruit is a starvation diet. We cannot sustain ourselves without fruit: it is the food for humans. Don't forget the leafy greens, as well! If you leave out fruit, you will have NO carbohydrate energy / glycogen reserves. Not a good thing.

  • @ocergnairb that is not entirely true. First off, fruit, especially with most people's compromised digestive systems, will spike their blood sugar..pour IGF-1(hormones) into their blood and elevate their chances of breakouts. PLUS fruit isn't only food group with carbs!!! Vegetables and heck even animal products have carbs! AND glycogen reserves have nothing to do with intake, you body makes them when you have EXCESS caloric intake. Fruit causes breakouts for me so I limit them and I'm healthy

  • Thank you Natasha :) i have a terrible breakout at the moment..this video is very helpful!

  • I've been doing raw for 10 days now and my face is really clearing up and getting baby butt smooth.

  • you are always so happy, it feels like you have SO MUCH that it's exploding through you.

i usually watch you in the morning so it makes me happy and inspires me.

    thank you <3 <3

  • Should I drink green tea with sugar or honey?

And when making a Smoothie what should I use to sweeten it up?

Is drinking milk ok on a diet?

  • @579093 These things aren't part of a raw food diet so I wouldn't.

  • @579093 IMO I would use honey, but if you're worried about being vegan than dont use honey. You could also consider something like stevia. A lot of people would suggest raw agave but I think agave is really bad for you.

Milk... eh... I'm not a fan of it but depending on how much milk you drink you might want to atleast cut down on it, milk is full of calorie, and if not paying attention you could consume a lot without even realizing it.

  • GREEN TEA! i never get pimples or acne since i started drinking green tea every day :)

  • @alisez1 I've been drinking green tea every day for about a year now and I still have acne, it probably doesn't work for everyone, or it isn't enough : \

  • @Fiara hi...try evening primrose oil. I have been taking it for nearly 20 years and my exzema and psoriasis and pimples cleared up a few months later even while I was still on a standard diet. When i went to raw I saw some skin problems return but only while my body was still in detox. it keeps getting better all the time. Hope this helped.

  • thanks natasha, great advice!

  • I love how you're always so happy! Happy that it's Wednesday! :-)

  • If you have acne prone skin, you need to eat lots and lots of lemons !

  • I wish there was a structured program like this when I started. If you do this program next month I have a friend that I am introducing to more of a whole foods diet and this will work perfectly.

    Thanks

  • @Zippypo I wish I had known about the program when I started! My first week raw was pretty hellish. I spent most of the week starving because I didn't know what to eat!
