The keyboard should cover the whole bottom, it might not look as good (would still look good in my opinion) but it would be a hell lot better. I really didn't think the iPhone's keyboard would work, but my friend has chatted with me using the iPhone, and it is really speedy. Meh, still, much cooler with Linux on the phone. I want one.
You mean contract, you pay for it monthly to get x hours to call from on the mobile? And those 1200€ is the whole sum for that contract? Yea, it's like that here in Sweden aswell. You buy a mobile phone for 1 SEK (1€ is around 10SEK) and I kid you not about the price, but then it's locked to a certain network for like three years, and you have to pay like 250SEK monthly for it, and if you go over the cost over those 250SEK when calling/sufring/whatever, you have to pay more for that.
Yea, though my last comment have to be edited, the iPhone is a lot more customizable now with the iPhone OS 3.0, now a programmer actually can access the iTunes library within applications. That's REALLY cool... Yeah, wonder why it wasn't implemented in earlier versions, it really sucks that it's just been implemented.
Anyhow, yea, I would love having an OpenMoko device aswell, plus, from the prices I've compared, here in Sweden, it's cheaper :P
Mac is a abomination of everything that is good in this world! The Ipone/Iripoff was completely ripped of from the htc touch and it stole loads of functions from microsoft!
Great to see Qtopia on more devices, especially if they have open hardware. I already have a Greenphone with Qtopia and it is realy a very nice development framework.

GTA02 due out in September has a faster CPU and a 3D graphics processor to thing should be allot smoother.

You know, it is really easy to compare them:
Neo, OpenSource, built on the Linux Kernel, Customizable by every means of software feature.
iPhone, Closed source (With OpenSource components), Mach Kernel, not so customizable.
Sure, iPhone is faster and stuff, but can a iPhone run Plasma? Not in a million years.
