OMG, NO don't borrow money for the IMF, this gas shortage is a setup, there is no shortage your being controlled..... hence the IMF being brought in to borrow you money its a set up, create a crisis, give a solution, set up a long term control, then your perpetually placed into debt based servitude to a foriegn controlled banking empire. withing 10years at 7% interest you won't have an economy, 7% compounded will double the cost of living in 10 years.
