Is it that the hoop jumps forward a certain distance while rotating clockwise in the air and when it hits the ground it rolls back because of the rotation?
@rexitito The hoop rotates back on itself as it skids accross the floor, until it gains enough friction to start pulling back. It's called backspin. Try it with a coin or small ball by pushing down on the top and letting it shoot out from under your finger
this question is driving me crazy. if centripital force and "centrifugal" force equal each other how come you notice objects move towards the outside of the body!?!?! PLEASE HELP ME
"centrifugal" force is not a "real" force in the terms you are firmilar with. The centrifugal force is inside the rotating reference frame of the rotating body so it does not actually produce an effect like that of centripital force.
why did te coin not fall of?arm exerts force on hanger, hanger had centripetal acceleration, coin is on hanger, then coin also has centripetal acc....y dsnt it fall off the hanger then?it has a negligible inertia
At 4:19 the picture looks like a smiling cyclops.

I really want to answer... But I don't understand your question

Only when the objects are not moving outward are the two forces equal.

@cdj8050~ So the word "centrifugal" refers to the direction of motion??
