@hezraimejia Sorry for the EXTREMELY SLOW reply. It was given to me by Celemony. I did the beta test. I already had the Studio 3 version, which I've been using for several years.
It is a very inexpensive program to purchase, though. Get it. It's worth it.
Yup. Same to you, Brudda! I've got a license for the new full version of ME. I'm downloading it tomorrow and putting it into use soon. I'll see if we can't do what you're asking. It'd be pretty cool to record an acoustic piano, then turn it into midi to use a digital piano with it or in place of it. Possibilities are endless.
Well, I checked on my beta version, and the conversion to midi option wasn't on it (yet). However, the newly released version (as of yesterday) may indeed have it! I've not downloaded the final version yet. About to do so. But I assure you, I'll post a few other videos, so check back to my channel!
Hi Pete , To clarify I want to hear the result and watch a vocal melody imported into DNA then played back via a midi piano part via DNA . I understand the concept of how to do it , not having Melodyne yet , I cannot test it myself. I am using Protools HD 3 with Glyph hotswap drives and 2 Intel Macs.
The bottom line is I just want to hear how good or bad DNA is at doing this.....Thanks again Pete.
Sdfnjss, could you please clarify? If I understand, you want me to show you how to take a vocal line, and create a midi line from it? then feed it to a piano part? It'd be the same technique used for any other instrument. What platform DAW?
Hi Pete , good vid , is there a chance you could show a vocal melody sung in to Melodyne DNA playing say a midi piano part , the only other vid I have seen was a voice melody being played with an analogue sound , It did not show what could be done for non piano players.......cheers

Autotune for guitars... Just play it perfectly in tune yourself and then you'll have no need for this surely?
