@MrRichierich1990 whether theyre made here or not ( a majority are still shipped from over seas, and more american brands are built here than foriegn) the profits still leave the country. so never complain about losing your job or being in a depression!
It acted just about the same way my '89 did when I was reviving it. With some wheels on it, that thing wouldn't look too bad at all. Hope to see the finished result.

Is it fuel-injected or carburetor? It also sounds like you could possibly have a faulty starter motor unless I am wrong of course.

@nickkalisz toyotas are more reliable. theyre all made in america today, and i have a buick like this, not too bad, but could be better!

Man, don't just leave it sit there like that. Put the wheels and belts on, vaccum it up, spray some lysol inside, and make the car useable.
