  • あなたはとても美しいです

  • song is great same with japanese version (houki boshi)

  • oh god, i havent founded anyway to speak something for her to see... i really want to tell her even try in japanese, that i think she is beautiful, and i dont know... one day i want to create one music just to tell that i love her.... oh yeah i will do it man...

  • haha the bass dude is going crazy in the beggining

  • I love younha so much! She so beautiful!

  • This song is amazing..

  • Shes my fan.... GO YOUNHA =D

  • Me Encanta esta Cancion, no se que dice pero me gusta :D

  • Younha and Taeyeon should do a song together. It would be AWEEESOME!

  • shes a true artist...

  • Younha is a angel with awesome voice

  • I dont think younha is rejected from entertain companies just cause her looks- i mean shes cute :-) since she was in japan , i could say she looks cuter than some japan girl idols i know xD

  • @arc8angel I dont like comparing stuff, but i think snsd can sing better than akb. Search for snsd debut live. Theur voice was strong, even the dance :-) pretty sad that they became more famous during gee/genie ,SM is using that image to snsd .Also since snsd is the jewel of sm,which earns most of the money everyday they go seoul to tokyo and they have no time reat -no time to practice their vocals...

  • If I were them, I would'nt reject a true star....

    Younha FIGHTING!!!!

  • OMFG i finally figured the name of this song... ive had it for 2 years and the title was like some digits and it was sung by miku so singer and title didnt help for shit. didnt think id figure the name out by taking a vacation in indonesia just flipping channels then seeing it on animax... now i fell better ^.^

  • she'll survive. my kpop idol groups may also want that kind of longevity but given the kind of music they do and the amount of groups vying for attention in korea, it's a little difficult and imo highly unlikely. they may continue to be relevant in korea after a long time but not so much for their music, i guess. and that is what i wish for younha a long, happy and successful career as a singer. and i will be her supporter and will continue to listen to her music cause i love it!:)

  • for their dance and vocal skills. especially the really decent performers cause that's also a pretty difficult feat. but with singers like younha i see the definite possibility of a future. it's like years from now, she may look older and sound a bit different but i'll still like her. cause she can sing and i know she'll able to deliver. so the peak in fame is not so important. as long as she has a solid fanbase (cause no matter what, the entertainment industry is still a business)...

  • i'm just starting to discover younha and her music. and while i appreciate everyone agreeing how great a singer she is, i think it's kind of unnecessary to compare the idol groups to her. although in the general sense, younha definitely falls under the category of idol, i also think she's striving to carve a different identity for herself. i see that in the variety of songs she decides to sing. now, i love my kpop idol groups and i give credit to them..

  • the song from bleach! I never knew!

  • How can she be "ugly"!? She's beautiful inside and out!! I love voice and her epic piano playing >//<

I want to cut my h/air short again...and just when I finally decided to grow long...again. I like short hair better than long hair :S

  • She's beautiful! I just love her with her hair and clothes when she plays the piano.

  • What hair style is that. Trying to cut my hair like hers'.

  • woooo really liking short hair recently

  • well..it surprised me..i didn't know that song also have in korean version..and it amused me..bcoz it sound seem similiar to me although in fact its different language..

  • Korean Version>Japanese Version. This version has a better "flow" in the words than the Jap Version.

  • younha is singned to EPIC RECORDS, that's pretty fitting! :D

  • I swear this was a theme to an anime I watched.

  • @happyhayaodansen

    yes You're right x33

this song (jap. Houki Boshi) was a theme by Bleach XD Can U remember o.o???

but I think the Korean ver. are much better .. because I'm a KPOP fan .. x33 I'm a Anime fan too. ..

    but nyaah.. KPOP hwaiting!!!!

  • @XxSayuriChanx

    THATS IT. tank kuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu :33

  • @happyhayaodansen this was from bleach but i forgot which ending it was in

  • @mysterysupergoku ending 3

  • @mysterysupergoku and for some reason I also think it was an opening for another anime, but I forgot :P

  • Now you say she could have an accent, but before you implied she did, which is it? Also, I never said you were from hawaii....just that living there may have affected you. In addition, you continue to minunderstand, I am no bigot nor do I seem like one. You took the meaning of "tatined" out of context, or possibly you placed it into another context of your own imagination. And where have I shown you intolerence? You got one thing right though, you have read too much into it. P.S .나도 한국 사람 :)

  • @threeof8N808 My bad, wrong comment.

  • I never said she didn't start in japan....I think you missed my point entirely. You may be korean, but lviing in hawaii seems to have tainted your ears cause she sings fluently in both languages. Lastly, keep your nuts to yourself.

  • @threeof8N808 The whole point of me stating she started in Japan was to show she could have picked up an accent regardless. Aside from that, I was expressing how I heard it. Lastly, what makes you think I'm from Hawaii? And regardless of my location and my background, using the word "tainted" to try and express a point makes you seem like a bigot. Intolerant of someone who's of Korean ethnicity but of a different upbringing? Maybe I'm reading to much into it.

  • Don't know why but I like this version more than the Japanese version, and I heard that one first on Bleach. It just sounds better in Korean, even though to me I can't really tell the difference from Korean to Japanese with this song. I mean, I know the words are said differently, but they both sound like she's speaking the same language if that makes any sense :P

  • omg i loved the japanese version and didn't know there was a korean one

    now this is my fav

  • I love Younha and all of her songs!

  • why do these artist continually change thier image so much that sometimes you have to look 2's to see if its actually them x

  • She still sounded Japanese. :))

  • I love this song! I like this better than the Japanese version. Even though I love the Japanese language and music.

  • when i first heard this i thought she was singing in japanese... think she got an accent from living in japan for a while.. maybe it's just me.. song's still good..

  • @seoulstice85 when you first heard this song, had you ever heard korean spoken or sung before? If you had not, how can you say she had gotten an accent from living in japan? Maybe if you heard her sing in korean first and then second in japanese......who knows, maybe you would assume she had a korean accent while singing in japanese?

  • @threeof8N808 what are you trippin on, she originally started to sing in japan, and her career started in japan. I'm korean and i heard it with an accent. get off my nuts.

  • @seoulstice85 Actually, a lot of Koreans sound accented as if they were Japanese because they maybe lived their for a while? And no she doesn't, she sings very fluently with an accent that sounds as if she lived in Seoul. And before you start raging, I'm Korean too, and I think I know about these things, and apparently more than you.

  • How you and I heard her singing was obviously different. So because I heard it differently, obviously I know less about these things than you. What a great logic you have. Regardless, you yourself stated Koreans living in Japan can pick up and accent. I don't care how well honed your hearing is and what your specialty in accents are. I commented on how I heard it.

  • @EliteSoulWolf Korean and Japanese in general may sound similar to those who are not familiar with the languages. But this is not attributed to the Koreans who live or who have lived in Japan. There is a great deal of Koreans living in Japan, but they are Zainichi or reisdent Koreans, descendants of Korean labourers who were brought to Japan during WWII. They are made of mostly 3rd and 4th generation Koreans who often have not even been to Korea. Bottom line, Korean sounds Korean.

  • @threeof8N808 You...Realize that this is helping me right? Not him? And I wasn't against you or talking to you. i just saw something quite unreasonable and state what I thought was true and most likely is true since I got my family and a lot of my friends to listen to it and they all said it sounded as if she lived in Seoul. And Korean sounds Korean weren't you the same one who said that he couldn't tell which is which, so how can you say what you just said without being hypocritical?

  • how do people think that she's ugly? she's not ugly! she's very pretty! she's got a unique style, and i like her voice. :)

  • i love how the dark-theme of this video contrasts the light-theme of the japanese one.

  • ugly? i dont see an ugly girl in this video, Korea must've been blind when they rejected her :) good for you japan!

  • @poockyness ? I thought she was popular in Korea also..?

  • @wajalama She first auditioned in a bunch of places in Korea and they all rejected her because she was "not pretty enough". Then she went to Japan and sent her single "Yukiburi" to a Japanese TV Drama and they accepted her. Then she got popular and then companies in Korea finally wanted her. Sad eh?

  • this version's pretty good but I like the Japanese version better

  • actually the japanese version came earlier

    like both versions though

  • SM LOST LOL THEY FAILED XD just like with DBSK...π_π (I am DBSK addict)

  • 윤하! 사랑해요!!!

  • wtf how is she ugly

  • SM must be dumber than I thought

  • Well in korea, if your ugly, and you want to be a singer, but sing well. Sm entertainment will not hire you until you get plastic surgery.

  • @iPikachoo so wait if she was "ugly" before did she get pretty by plastic surgery or something? o.o

  • @asynonym85 I dont really know if she did plastic surgery or not, but she went to Japan because she wasn't accepted in Korea

  • I still can't believe she got rejected on her first audition in Korea just because she was "ugly"

Great job Japan!! :D You transformed her into a beautiful and talented girl!

  • @shizukachan91 A lot of singers in Korea are reflected by their looks, so some companies don't want their image to look "bad" because of the singers looks. And plus, she's good but compared to Big Bang, 2NE1, 2Am, 2Pm, Gummy, and a lot of other singers she's pretty moderate, so maybe it was in the best interests of the companies that she didn't get a contract? And by saying "You transformed her into a beautiful and talented girl!" You just said she was ugly. Hypocritical much?

  • @EliteSoulWolf ... shes moderate in comparison to Big Bang, 2NE1, 2AM, 2PM, and Gummy? Are you deaf?? Younha is hands down one of the best singers in Korea and way better in terms of vocals compared to those groups/singers.... Im not saying they are bad... In fact I am a fan of Big Bang, 2NE1, and all those other groups, but in vocal ability, they simply don't compare to Younha.

  • @HariKun6116 AGREED!

  • @HariKun6116 UNFORTUNATELY, she's in Japan 75% of the time instead of Korea, so it's really difficult to even try to listen to her on Music Bank. Although, her music is much more lively and beautiful than most other K-pop. SNSD uses repetition and good looks to get fame, and all they do is lip sync 24/7. Basically, SNSD is trying to be like AKB48 with good looks, but unfortunately only 3 of them can actually sing.

  • @Arc8Angel Dont say that!

  • @Arc8Angel You need to understand a few things; SNSD is a product, and the reason why it is so popular is because people like the product. Also it's a stupid way to argue for something by bashing something else. Essentially you are not bringing up your artist, Youna, you are just lowering another artist SNSD. Every artist lipsyncs, some more that others, but what do you expect when they have to dance and sing. I like both artists, it's not mutually exclusive. Stop being a hater.

  • @HariKun6116 What? Gummy is so much better than Youhna! IU is better than Youhna also, but Gummy is just better in terms of solo. Gummy has much more vocal ability than her hands down.

  • @EliteSoulWolf Hahahaha no.... IU is good, shes just not there yet. I love IU to death but even she conceeded that Younha was better. IU has enormous potential though and I think may one day be better than Younha but its not there yet. And Younha has one of the best vocal abilities in Korea hands down. More than Gummy

  • @HariKun6116 Obviously not because IU is just way more popular anyways. Youhna is good, but people make more out of her than she really is at all.

  • @EliteSoulWolf I don't think you saw the quotation marks there... >_> She was turned down because she looked "ugly" and didn't accept her amazing talent. This shows how materialistic and shallow the media in Korea is (no offense, it's kinda true, and it goes with Hollywood and anywhere else as well).

  • @shizukachan91 Welcome to Korea brother (or sister)... in here, it's not skills that matter (most of the time) but good looks. Over half of SNSD can't sing at all, but since they look good and can dance, they just lip sync. It's all about looks, mate, all about looks... But now in Japan, it's a completely different story and it's mostly about skills. :D

  • @shizukachan91 there is mild insult in your comment. maybe you think she's ugly and it has nothing to do with korean audition. there's nothing wrong with her appearance at all....i think you should know that

  • @6spdtls

that was actually why she was rejected O_o

In Korea, you gotta be pretty to make it into the media, which is really retarded -__-

  • @6spdtls I don't think she's ugly AT ALL (she's GORGEOUS), and I think you misunderstood my comment. SM called her "ugly" at her audition.

  • @shizukachan91 Whered you get that from?

  • @shizukachan91 So what you're saying is that she wasn't pretty and talented before, it was japan that turned her into that? That's a back handed compliment. lol

  • i like this better than the japanese

  • I like this version better!

  • They call her ugly I call her sexy

  • I fell in love with her clear sweet and delicate voice when I first heard it! it's absolutely delightful to hear her cute songs :)

  • she sounds better in her mother tongue. :) but I also like the japanese version.

  • I can't get over how this song is better than coffee.

  • she did both but Bleach ending one came out in 2005 and Comet was released to Korea in 2007. So yeah.....

and wiki says some Korean companies rejected her because she wasn't pretty enough....well....after seeing Susan Boyle, I think they are bummers. :/ (but maybe we should thank them, too, cause if it weren't them, we wouldn't be listening to same songs here :)

  • Beautiful girl and beautiful song!!

  • soooo kwl, me n m8 love Younha but she can only listen 2 korean, hehe:)

  • Needs a Chinese version :D I know there really isn't "cpop" but taiwanese singers are pretty good at "cpop"

  • @themightysheepster just wait for it, China itself is working on, but all they can do is covers of American songs

  • Hi zac! It is ernesto!!!!

  • I like it, although it feels weird to listen to it Korean when I first heard it in Japanese but I like it. :) Weird, now I'm starting to like Korean music along with Japanese. XP

  • Younha is beautiful!

  • Younha = the best

  • -likes-

  • ㅑ ㅣㅐㅍㄷ 소ㅑㄴ 내ㅜㅎ

  • where can u get the mp3

  • kinda sounds french (no offense)

  • @Lurexia haha xP~ sounds more rly asian to me LOL

  • i love her...shes so inspirational. her story really shows to reach for your dreams no matter what. (she tried out a bunch of korean record labels, but didn't make it. she went to japan and got a huge break on bleach, and now she's back in korea lol.) at least, thats what wikipedia says. :)

  • Sounds nice, but not as good as the Spanish version.

  • I thought I would be biased towards the Japanese version, but they're both spectacular!

  • it's sounds really pretty in korean!

  • I like the japanese version better.

  • She sounds much more natural singing in Korean vs the Japanese version.

  • @OneNinety9 thats because shes korean not japanese

  • @DarkMage12346 Oh I knew that already. I was just remarking at how natural it was, lol.

  • Oh my god! I really love the japanese one, but it sound much better for me than that! Awesome! Thanks for upload this! She is really talented!

  • She's so incredibly talented.

  • she's korean.

she made her first debut in Japan and then came over to Korea.

I think she was rejected from SM, and so she went to Japan....? not sure about the last part.

SM must be really regretting letting go of this awesome artist :]

  • it just sounds weird cuz i heard the japanese version first and yes i watch Bleach

  • @themastac lol same here ive heard the jap version a billio times <cuz i also watch bleach> and it just doesnt sound right.... but i love them both^^

  • i love her smile =]]]]

  • both Japanese & Korean are totally awesome!

  • OMG!! SHE SO CUTE!!!!!!

  • whts up with the hat??? hahaha cool song.

  • @MultiMich3ll3 You're just jealous that you don't have a totally awesome hat like she does.

  • Hmm so she IS korean. Its the other way around, she did a japanese version, this is not a "version", this is she singing on her native language hahahaha.

Well the name "Younha" is korean, not japanese, so I suspected something haha.

  • you are correct she IS korean however the original version of this song is the japanese one she i believe it was originally written for the bleach series...also she is one of those transition artist ;) andd shes awsome so teehee

  • Go look @ the male version,

  • I think she sounds so much better in Korean because it's her native language and the way the words come out it's more beautiful i believe

  • This is my first favorite on youtube. Younha rocks!

  • Either Younha or somebody who knows what they're doing should mix this with the Jp version.

  • I prefer the japanese version...because I understand it. lol. still nice. I like the video. :D

  • if you find this song familiar with a Japanese song, that's because she did both. listen to Houki Boshi - Younha and see it for yourself

  • She's awesome o_o

  • this rocks! but i think tat the japanese lyrics fit tis song beta,bt tis version is beta i tink LOL!

  • she is a korean and she did a japan version of this song too.. go search it if u dont blive, Houki Boshi Japanese Version, its not copied, she did both.... =.=

  • wow she's great in krn

  • dude she did a jap version as well

  • i was soooo friggin confused...i knew the japanese version befor the korean and i thought a korean artist stole from the japanese artist then when i found out they were the same person i was like *facepalm* no wonder the looked alike......... XD

  • Although I find Korean a nicer langauge than Jap, I think I like the Japanese version better.

There are more syllables which gives a better impression of excitement and anticipation.

  • I sync'ed it up with the japanese version and all I did was smile the whole way through :D

  • She's AMAZING! both versions are absolutly amazing as well

  • es koreana pero radica en japon :)

  • Younha i love you!!!! great voice!

  • i like this version a little bit better than japanese version

  • @jksun12 More like a lot better :D and the japanese version was great :D

  • Hae Sung, and really? Well actually now that i say them both you're right haha!

  • come to think of it itdoes sound cooler Lol

  • I just can't stop listening to her i really like her songs

  • WOW, her voice is amazing!!! and shes cute heh!

  • As far as I know, she was unable to break out in Korea, so she went to japan where she got a record deal. Or something like that. Anyway, great song. I love both versions, along with apparently everyone else!

  • From what i heard younha left korea to avoid her parents ( who wouldnt let her become a singer) and went to live in japan. so shes full korean but lives/lived in japan

  • i heard that the she couldn't get a record deal from the record dealers from korea but the japanese record dealers accepted her.

  • She's korean. But she did a lot of Japanese at school.

    But, she's full korean

  • hahaha i think i like this version better!

  • zomg i want her...

  • ahaha! the korean ver. is just soo.. well, different.. lol!!!
