@Pesosish What I do is crease it in half sharply then rip it down the crease and so on and so forth. I don't like scissors or paper cutters because I always screw up and get lines that aren't straight.

@sakura319319319 look at jewellia7777's beginner vid. It says cardstock works best. Cardstock it thick and usually says cardstock on the pack. LOOK AT JEWELLIA7777's second beginner video or it will b hard to hold

People who do not want to take the time to do something themselves, like the "prep" work, of an art, shouldn't even do it. That is what art is, creating. If you don't enjoy doing it why waste your time? It isn't about doing it fast, or being convenient, the process is art also. It takes time and effort like anything else that is worth doing.

@bubbles70232 I got high quality cardstock yellow, orange, red, blue, and green all in a value back of 50 for less than I think 3 dollars? Primary fashion colors. And the rest (since I'm definetely not gonna go out ofthe ouse to buy paper I mean I love origami buttt.... yeah im not doing that lol) I use Copic Sketch markers to color and my pieces turn out awesome :)
