Yeah this has to be old footage, you can't wall walk anymore, but there is still a way to get there that doesn't require wall walking.

theres one bug  to get to if airport or the farm that you see flying to menethil harbor actually you can go to gilneas....

Found a new way...just go the way to get to the elwynn waterfall and you can find your way to this cave.
