@kayleeEss07 If the Palm folder that is in your Program Files (x86) folder, that's fine. As long as that folder is somewhere in you PC.

@vsromero32 Hang on, I didn't word that right. If the "Palm" folder that is in your Program Files (x86) folder is the "Palm, Inc" folder, then that fine. As long as that "Palm, Inc" folder is somewhere in your PC, just use it from where ever it is.

There's been a problem with where that Universal Novacom Installer file has been installing the Palm, Inc folder. As I said, as long as you have that "Palm, Inc" folder somewhere on your PC, that's all that matters.

HEY EVERYONE. I found out what to type in the cmd screen. Here it is

1) open cmd screen

2) type in cd "c:\Program Files\Palm, Inc"

press enter

3) type novacom.exe boot mem:// < ACMEInstaller

Like this so people will know what to type

in 5 minutes lol how do you figure when you have a shaky camera, talk way to fast and dont include all the info you say you include. what a joke, . better tuts on this out there by far. this will just leave you with a usb mode. hold middle button and power till it reboots if this tut left you hanging in usb 1 line short of a succsessfull install
