Was that American Soliders, or German Soldiers ? I understand the U.S., is training German Soldiers here in the U.S., through the U.N.,...This is not paranoia, there is too much of this kind of thing going on, and people should realize that.

WHY CELEBRATE 4th of July - our so called Independence from Great Britain (DICTATORSHIP) when we have Warantless, Suspicionless, 4th Amendment Violating, Bill of rights violating, due process violating ("blanket" warrants) Federally Funded DUI/Fireworks checkpoints?

Just Google "4th July 2009 checkpoints". California has TONS of them, everywhere, looking for "fireworks". They'll impound your car, 5 years in jail, $50,000 fine, etc.

It literally makes me want to throw up. This NOT freedom.

Another thought, in our area most of the grocery stores have been bought up by Publix. Seems to be a monopoly in the works of our food supply. Wonder what would happen if they set up blockades at grocery stores? Get to know your local growers and buy from them when you can. So much of our problems go back to not being aware of what/who you are supporting when you buy products. Be knowledgeable and smart in your money spending.

Another good video, Pete. I wasn't out driving yesterday, so I don't know if they were doing this in Naples. I think the best way to combat this kind of activity is to know your rights and to respectfully question these "authority" figures. I think the worst thing you can do is to stay home or just obey w/o question. It's okay to ask them to identify themselves and their purpose before giving up any of your information. Keep your camera with you and KNOW YOUR RIGHTS. Take care all.

Utica New York, fema zone 2, in walmart parking lot is sitting 2 pull behind trailers. One is plain white, no markings, the other has a red cross on it, and it says "Disaster Relief", provided to the red cross through the Walmart foundation. Beware strategically placed red crosses and new road signs with red slashed circles, and yield signs in strange places.

Pete! I live near the Illinois/Wisconsin border.....and every 4th of july they have a total road block on a major county road heading south. EVERY car gets routed into a parking lot and woe be unto you if you do not have your "papers" in order. You may be as sober as a judge, but you still get pulled over, and your identity vefrified, and your car searched....nice,eh?

MissPickleToes - Will you please video tape these checkpoints? Document how every major road is blocked and how ALL cars are routed to the parkinglot.

I record my own checkpoint videos and there are so many excuse-making-idiots who say "Well, as long as its every 5TH car it doesnt violate the constitution". So if you can show in IL/WISC border that EVERY car is having their constitutional rights violated, it will help out.

People need to know a free society doesn't have any sort of checkpoints

That is illegal. They need probable cause to search your vehicle without your consent.

It is also illegal for them to verify identity of passengers.

Man, here in Sydney Australia this shit happens all the time in public holidays..Do you guys have a double demerit point system where you lose 2x more your license points during holidays? It's nothing more but a revenue booster for these guys, so I choose not to drive during these periods.

Blockades are very normal in Sydney during peak hour traffic but the cops say it is their job.

Well we all know what happens to people who have sworn oath to this constitution, and willingly break and violate it.

The trouble is, the one's who swear are not enforcing the others. But the fix is easy for that :)

My favorite part of the oath is defending from "foreign" and "domestic" enemies, but really both enemies are domestic. The bigger ones wear expensive suits and get paid to lie. A really crappy disguise if you ask me. You would think the baddies have more common sense.
