  • I think as long as they grow to be naturally the same size (like a bp and a blood, I know bloods have a tremendous amount of girth but both relatively stay within 5ft) thats fine but like a burm and a ball thats kind of asking for health problems. I think hybrids are awsome but health is something people should consider before producing hybrids.

  • Something is not wrong just because it does not occur naturally. And for those of you who say it's wrong based on that are not examining the situation properly. I could make the argument that nature allows them to have offspring in the first place therefore it is okay. Nut we know that's not how it works,

  • what's the last 1 called?

  • I think these are an abomination mostly. most of these are almost guranteed to face extreme health problems. Burmese python and a ball python? Burmese pythons grow up to 100x the weight of a full grown ball python. How can an animal like that be healthy?

  • We arent playing God, we are keeping them in captivity and not changing nature at all, we are not releasing them and changing the environment of these animals

  • Not a big fan of hybrids but the amazon x green tree boa was nice.. More try it

  • Highly Flawed! your logic, that has been around for millions of years is nothing new! your just stating the obvious. In the 90s, as your aware, a programme began, African Rocks X with Retic Pythons. The outcome was never documented. WHY? Hybrids? Somethings are not meant to be. The 2 different snakes have totally different housing requirements and breeding difficulties. As for playing GOD! we do this on a daily bases with decisions we make in life, Knowledge is Power.

  • @karl19711 First of all there have always been and always will be hybrids in nature. The Mojave rattle snake has a venom that is highly nerologic in its toxicity. Most rattle snakes have a hemotoxic venom. It has been found and proven that in regions where the diamond back rattlesnake and the pacific rattlesnake domain overlaps with the mojave the have integrated and the result is now they have developed a complex venom conatining hemotoxic and nerotoxic venom. That is God at work.

  • why or why are people doing this with hybrids do they think their GOD ,its all about money as its not doing any good to the animal.people who play GOD it will come back and bite you in the arse...........................

  • @karl19711Your logic is HIGHLY flawed.

We cut down trees and change them to something they originally were not. Oh no people are playing God!

Nearly all of the plants we eat are hybrids! Were Playing God!

We change cotton into clothing! Were playing God!

We breed snake morphs that would never survive in the wild! We are playing God!

We domesticate animals to fit our needs. Were playing god!

see where I'm going with this?

As long they are not suffering nothing is wrong.

  • this is very cool

  • I personally love morphs. It gives us a beautiful and broader spectrum of gods creatures to enjoy and be mezmerized by.In our life span. Not that nature wouldnt get around to it.In its own time. But this way we get to see and enjoy these new species in our life time.Last but not least.I can see mixing large snakes with ball pythons to get the more pleasant tempermant and smaller size. There for making for a more safer, and consequiently more profitable animal for the exotic pet lover and industry.

  • sick video. i wonder what brazilian rainbow to dumerils, amazon, or redtailwould look like

  • Them are fucking cool snakes

  • I am totally against interracial relationships...;)

  • Awesome video man! I actually am going to try and breed my snakes to get hybrids. I have a really unique normal female burmese, a normal male african rock and just recently got a normal male retic. It would be awesome to get a clutch from my burm.

  • what was the second last snake?

  • to get hybrid snakes do u just mate them with eachouther? so i can me my common boa to my ball to get a boall python?

  • @Noxus1001 Not possible. You can only breed Boas with Boas and Pythons with Pythons.

  • I'm not going to judge anyone that's into hybrids, but it's not my cup of tea. I am OK with naturally occurring hybrids such as the ETBxATB. But if I was breeding a $600+ ETB, I wouldn't breed it to a $50 ATB. That said, ATBs rule the world! I also am disgusted that the hybrid market has grown so prevalent in boas that it is nearly impossible to find a pure boa constrictor of any sub-species. Haven't seen a pure Hogg Island boa in ages!

  • i have a new morph its a pastel fadding ball python were the black fades into white its pretty cool

  • Most of the.balls are morphs a mohagany is not anotherspecies.its aball just like royal albino pieballd pastel superpastell ball python idiot but otherz.were really cooll

  • @Leecop1000 there was no morphs in here. all the snakes are hybrids

  • @Leecop1000 these are hybrids moron not ball morphs!

  • @Leecop1000 He's not lying. Those are all hybrids.

  • I think some of them are quite beautiful, to the point where i might even say i'd want to own one. But hybrids are honestly just mans' way of proving that they can play god, imho. =/

  • carpondro is the best hybrid by far

  • What is that song

  • @clack9700 its called "creatures lie here" by t.i

  • makes my nipples hard

  • Hybrids are the coolest, Over time we can create new things no one in the world has seen before and some of the snakes are fantastic like the walls (in my opinion one of the best looking snakes in the world). The only argument I get from people when i talk about it is "its not natural" and it is a very narrow minded argument as well. all captive breeding takes the presure off wild populations. The only problem is people selling hybrids labeled as something else. But we can police honesty. peace

  • @reptilecreation Agree 100%

  • aslong as we keep creating new morphs, hybrids or species. if we keep creating more captive snakes it keeps us from disturbing the wild animals and keeps there population going.

  • every species we know in the world today are all hybrids! through evoloution and the world changing. ball pythons and angolan pythons are hybrids created naturally over the last few hundreds years. i think that their isnt anything wrong with creating hybrids in captivity, it keeps us all from disturbing wild snakes and keep breeding captive animals. we all keep snakes as a hobby because we enjoy how fascinating they are, lets just keep to it.

  • Ill be making a video compilation of Colubrid snake hybrids soon.

  • i think the only hybrid i like is the carpondro

  • I dont think there is anything wrong with it. If you look far enough back in the past ball pythons are actually a hybrid.

  • I disagree that they should not breed together. There is evidence of this happening in the wild all the time, this is how new species are created

  • I dont understand peoples problems with hybrids. Theres obviously a problem if your hybridizing snakes that are rarer in the hobby. Making hybrids is in no way playing god. None of you have any valid points against hybrids. In the wild most morphs wouldnt survive so why should we let them? Im more of a colubrid guy and the hybrid colubrid hobby is growing. Im glad to see its in the Boid hobby too.

  • awesome video.........whats th naame of the song playing?

  • For those of that don't know the difference, A morph is just two of the same species of snakes breeding and making new patterns and colors. A hybrid is two totally different snakes breeding and creating a whole new species. If two snakes can't mate in the wild then why should it be ok for people to do it? A ball python and a burm, retic, or a carpet could never breed together in the wild so why do people need to do it in captivity??

  • I think hybrids are ugly, pointless, and a shame to the reptile community. I don't think they should be in the reptile industry at all. Myself, I can't stand ball pythons, I find them ugly, non active, non interactive, and the only reason people should be allowed to have ball pythons is for a beginner snake. I guess people feel the need to create hybrids because they feel as if their snakes are too boring and they want to play God by creating new species. I am fine with morphs but not hybrids.

  • I think hybrids are interesting the only one i own is a yellow and green anaconda hybrid, and what i like is that she displays the best characteristics of both species, her brother look completely different i was amazed by the polymorphism in the clutch.

  • @emcd173 thats really cool, and yes i also find hybrids intresting but alot of ppl find it very wrong

  • @velezjay Thanks I agree
