Not to sound like a cliche or anything. But this was the very first interview I heard after being a fan of My Chemical Romance for I believe 2 years. This entire video changed my life it made me less fearful of doing things and putting myself out there and really being true to myself. I ditched my destructive habits, friend that stole from me, became a A+ student, and plan on going to MIT. All because of My Chemical Romance and this video. I hope that one day I can make My Chemical Romance proud

I live in the generation where teenagers pracitcally everywhere, listen to pop. I was once that, but I changed it. The music of today has no meaning, it's basically about drugs, sex, or fighting. Things that don't intrest me. Switching the type of music I listened to was one of the best things I've ever done. This video is incredible. I can't tell you why. But it is. When I first saw it, I began to sing to Cancer, which isn't even my favorite song, and I listened to what he was saying. I don't know why it felt so right. MCR didn't save my life, they just made me see it's okay to be messed up. I guess that's why I loved this. But I was singing, and listening to one of my idols talk, and I just felt... safe, and content, and happy. Which is why I love this, and why I love My Chem.

God. This guy is just... wow. I'm not the biggest fan of MCR anymore (I still kind of like them, I've just moved on from that genre of music) but I will forever be thankful for their existance. Jr high sucks. I was super uncool (still am) and confused about life and family problems were rising and then all of the sudden i discovered them and they told me that it was okay to be uncool. It was better to be uncool. And everyone has problems. And i'll never forget that.

My Chemical Romance's music in my opinion, is the best. I'm a younger fan and most teens in my generation like their pop, but MCR's music has a purpose. Each song has a meaning and that is why I love them.
