I had a truck driver (male) who forced me to drive on the shoulder because not only was he taking up the opposite lane, but part of my lane as well, even though he had plenty or room over there for his entire truck.

So for me it's pretty equal with the whole gender thing, but I gotta say men's aggressiveness behind the wheel is a bad combo.
