Leah you have given me inspiration.I have been born with Anemia & scrolosis.My life consits of Hospital stays,doctors appointments,imaging scans,blood tests,pills& seeing tons of speacilist.I have had so many surgerys for my Left & right knee to fix my meniscus,acl had my meniscus taken out,metal rods drilled in my shins,metal screws in my knee,my apendix & ovarrian cysts taken out.I have had ulcers and intestine problems but Im healthy.I am enjoying much of life before I end up in the hospital

hey Leah when i waz a baby i waz diagnosed with a heart condition called hypo plastc left heart syndrome it just means that the left side of my heart waznt fully developed and i had to have 3 surgeries on my heart when i waz a lil baby.. with out those surgeries i had i could have died :( but im alive and im 14 and any wayz i hope you are feeliing better :)

Hope you feel better.What I found out looks like both of my foot surgeries I had last year to get me back to a normal life went for nothing. I found out as a result of the surgeries I have now developed arthritis in both feet and ankles. The pain has been becoming really unbearable here lately and the med hasn't been working.

@lollipopleahh123 Saw my foot dr Dr. Okonski today and he is sending to orthopedic surgeon/ankle specialist Dr. Anderson in Grand Rapids,MI for a second opinion and devise a better treatment plan to help me with my foot and ankle pain. He is also having me start physical therapy a week from tomorrow and see about using tens unit to help with pain until I see Dr. Anderson.

@Luvbug2838 its a really long story... i guess i just got unlucky. i was sick and went to the doctor and he told me what was wrong i dont really think ill ever know how i got sick and diagnosed

Hey Leah! I can't even imagine all you have been through. It seems that you hit every recovery bump you can but even still you fight and have the most amazing attitude! I have had a really rough 2 medical years and we are hoping that my spinal surgery on Tuesday is a success. As you keep fighting your journey know that you have inspired me HUGELY in mine! I know that you have had a long journey but don't ever ever give up! You can do this and you are definitely going to achieve great things!:)

Hospital sucks. Surgery is always scary going in, but it does slowly become easier to face. I also spend a lot of time in and out the place. Hope your treatment works out for you.

hey:) your in my prayers. ive had a few surgeries and a very bumpy medical past and im currently facing some problems so i kinda know that feeling of being trapped in hospitals and dr offices and sitting around watching the world around you not being able to join in.. but i totally love your attitude and strength :) Watching this blessed me and encouraged me to see the way you deal with it.. Praying for you :)

@mon123123 sometimes you just dont have a choice so you kinda just gotta deal with it and put i smile on. and i deff have to be strong for my family.
