thats what it was like for me until i used a pantech duo. It was hard to type on and the slid for the keyboard was loose and flimsy. the tilt is nice to text on and has a touch screen.

Actually i have heard from the majoraty of people that have gotten refurbs have gotten a phone that comes out of the box like new. So many people have told me that in fact that i am getting one for myself :D i can hardly wait!!!
