got it in august. not a horrible phone but it could be a lot better. i got it for free with an online deal from verizon and thats just what it is, a free phone. if i had paid actual money for it other than shipping, i probable would have been very mad. texting on it is fairly bad... the touch screen is horrible to begin with. im a 16 year old girl and i tend to be very good with touch screens. overall i would not recomend this phone unless all you plan to do is call people... :/

I have had this phone for 2 months, and a lot of problems have developed. When I was texting a message, it erased everything I had texted. It has a very small memory for pictures. It doesn't receive pictures well either. It takes a while to receive text messages too. It's an OK phone, not the best though.

@animallover851 yes it does as it needs internet and therefore a data plan (unless you want to pay way more than you need to). So it's an option to use the social sites without a data plan, but it will get really expensive really quickly.

tbh, ive had the phone for 2 month. the touchscreen isnt bad, but if u arent careful ull mess up a lot (ive got fat fingers though). the slide lock tends 2 get annoying, the camera is awesome, after using it for a while it takes a while for things to pull up. the camera takes a while to load sometimes and you end up taking a pic from pressing the button again thinking it didnt register. the layout of the phone is awesome and the speaker is really quiet, cant hear it ring and speakerphone sucks

@sidekicklx1id you dont have to get a data plan. the kin twoM is not a smartphone and on verizon it says it does not require a data plan. i have the kin twoM and i dont need one. and i just want to say for @tvxxlover1867 i dont recomend the kin, its not as good as you might think and is really laggy and the touch screen is very unresponsive. but thats my opinion.

@saddiecalico the reality is ok but you cant do as much with it as u can with this phone.. such as; cant do much music... sometimes the screen dosent work good... you take like 5 videos and like 10 pics all of your room is taken up... even with a card it fills of quick... theres not much you can do with the touch screen.... im gonna get this phone next month.. i wanted a touch screen that u cna turn and stuff but the reality dsnt do tht so hopes this helps...

I have this phone myself.. it isn't bad as it seems.. if you want buttons to text.. DO NOT get this phone. However, this phone does have a QWERTY keyboard on screen. I really enjoy this phone so i recommend it to people who would want an all touch screen phone. Very fun to text with :P

i find some things a little "off" with this review, it is good nonetheless. first she is very biased against the phone saying that it is simplistic. my issue is that the phone is a feature phone for $50. she is too used to smartphones, and is expecting too much.

in the other review she says that the battery life is terrible, but when she opens things, she doesn't close them and they are in the background. this phone will last two weeks with nothing running on stand-by (ive tested).

@cheryblosen That's what I'm trying to figure out, as well. I think the Crux looks better and has a better camera, but I like the features better on the Cosmos. The only thing that isn't appealing about the Cosmos is the bulkiness of it, the 1.3 mp camera, and the lack of video capability. I'm interested to know what you choose.
