what kind of sd card are u using

SD is a 'Class 6' 16GB stick

so many different ways to achieve good quality but this video was encoded using the x264vfw codec and the camera was mounted with a side goggle mount+3M velcro stickers

you will find that you will have to test out angles and pick the best angle that suits the way you use the camera

so its not the sdhc card that makes a difference to the quality, its the codec is it?

Its the combination - i think the camera will automatically choose the quality based on the speed of the SD card, and then breaking the raw videos down to size.

awsome vid. im hoping to buy a tachyon xc soon, so heres just a few questions...

im wondering why the quality of this vid is so much better than the other tachyon vids ive seen, it just looks much sharper and the colour looks better. also, the mounting was really good, a great angle, especially on the kawasaki. just wondering how you've mounted it. thanks
