Good way to perform this exercise with proper form and regard to the viewers who may try something they have no business trying YET.. I just critized a guy's video for doing what nearly 5,000 dudes on utube are doing. Swinging a KB as hard as they can out of control and calling it a workout. Now I have been around the fitness industry for 15 years now and I guess form and control are old news these days. Ballistic training is the best for results but it still requires form.
Ballistic is okay... The muscles that cause size are the fast twitch muscles.
BUT... Have you noticed that the real gurus here keep control... Unless they are going for record... And not a formal workout??? The people outta control are just stupid for letting kids with no knowledge see that crap. They copy... they get hurt...

Excellent exercise... I tried the variation where you just pull it to the snatch... for shoulders only... I like this one much better.
