Gulf stations used to be all over the country. Remember they had this promotion in the 60's that they had for Gulf No-Nox gasoline where they gave out magnetic horse shoes to put on your car because Gulf No-Nox had a "little kick" of octane.

@YungShawtyCLT Gulf is still around. But it is in the Northeastern United States and maybe Ohio I think. When they pulled out of North Carolina back in 1990. It was mostly replaced by BP.

I remember Gulf when I used to put their Good Gulf grade gas in my car. It was actually ethal gas.

The only Gulf I remember is on Pineville-Matthews Road in Charlotte. That is now a Shell station.
