@Tuck213 It should be open to everyone in the sense that anyone should be able to join it. I guess technically you don't HAVE to like the Facebook page but it's the best way to find out when the important URL is released.
My local is a metal pub and also a live venue. The photobomb picture was taken in a metal nightclub.

Of course you can't Possibly make the Facebook-group open for everyone.
And since I don't own any particular dominance over your choice of pub, drink wherever you want. As long as it plays metal-stuff.
