And yes, Metallica used his music without permission. Furthermore, they put his name last in the credits on songs for which he did most of the writing. And he is just as good of a musician/songwriter if not better than all of them yet doesn't get half the recognition Metallica gets.

Fuck, I was at that show at The Commodore. They Didn't play anything from Killing Is My Business... I would've liked to hear Last Rites/Loved To Death. But they played two songs each from the next three albums which was cool.
