Was it not against TERROR USA invaded Iraq? Well, miscontrol of Iraq and now it's a nest of PKK terrorists. How can USA demand Turkey to live with terror losing civil and militarian lives EVERYday?
Turkey doesn't need allies to clean out a bunch of well hidden rats.
But certainly will tell her rightful reasons to the world. Preferrably the allies in this matter will be her long-trusted ones like USA. If not, well, ANY COUNTRY HAS RIGHTS TO FIGHT AGAINST TERRORISM

In my opinion the whole Iraq war thing is nothing but waste, lost and failure. Instead of bringing stability to region, it made region very fragile and made many unwanted enemies. It also made Iran and Syria more powerful and effective in the region. I think USA will have to live with this reality till end of 21st century.

And here I thought the Kurds were some of our closest allys in Iraq...I know a few terroristic actions don't condemn the whole people, but the divisions and agends in the various Iraqi groups are killing us and them. Let us cross our fingers and hope they end up uniting. Otherwise, we've lost a lot of resources for nothing.
