You can't tell in this video but in another video with the same clip found on right hand side of the screen has a clearer picture (Franzen rips out Kane's pacifi--- er, mouthguard) and you can see at the :06 second mark a shadow coming towards Kane/Franzen/Ref very quickly. The fact is the linesman was blocked from camera view by Kane and the ref until he appears between Kane and Franzen. I watched this particular video dozens of times, but didn't notice the shadow until I saw the other video.

it's easy, from 5 second to 7 , the 2nd ref is arriving at the place u just can't see because u have the first ref and the players at first plan. He was on the middle of the field as u can see at 3 and 4 seconds in the left side of the cam...
