  • @NextSuperstar88 Yes this really works! I've been at it for 2 months and I've lost crazy weight. It also depends on the persons body as well. I also included a changed my eating habits which has played a tremendous roll as well as drinking lots of water daily. I had to come to a conclusion after watching this at least 8 or 9 times and 2 months ago I gave it a try and so far the results have been rewarding. All I can say is give it a try and see what happens. You just never know!

  • Yes Hiit training ive been doing this with turbo fire and we have 1 minute Hiit drills then rest for 1 minute. Its really intense and hard! Im gonna maybe try the 10 seconds thx

  • I remember when I was 12 I had not a lot of belly fat but enough to have man boobs sloping down and my belly began making rolls so i did an exercise similar to this for 2 months and I really noticed a change in my body. Combined with healthy eating of course.

  • This is pretty good! Its called High Intensity Interval Training. If its too boring you might you can just play an intense game of basket ball or football. Soccer is a good choice too. Diet is extremely important. If your not eating the right kinds of foods for your body type you'll get swept up by dieting fads. if you google ' your fit assist ' it tells you how to find out what kind of foods are ideal for you. Then you just eat that food at a caloric deficit to burn more fat at a steady pace

  • What you want to do is to achieve aerobic conditions and maintain these conditions for a significant amount of time while you exercise. And I explain, your body will burn fat when you allow it to function in aerobic conditions, which differ from person to person. You work aerobically when your heart rate is such that allows maximum consumption of oxygen through your lungs (VO2 max). Look online for the Karvonen formula to calculate your VO2 max heart rate range and exercise accordingly.

  • Also, make sure your system is filled with carbs (in terms of sufficiency); the aerobic metabolism will not work without the presence of carbs.

    My objection to this video is that you want to have a long maintained effort rather than many short bursts which eventually will burn your carbs fast and will turn your body to its aminoacids for neoglucogenesis to replenish glucogen and burn again in a muscle-consuming cycle, which will make you loose protein (with significant amount of water).

  • This is actually really bad for the heart. Your heart is always pumping blood, and when you run, it starts to pump more blood to your legs. When you stop instantly, your blood pressure increases, which causes heart problems.

  • cardio is like an every day workout, and if you want to get abs but have fat, always do cardio before you do abs! People mistake that alot, they do abs thinking they will lose weight, NO YOU WONT! so yeah, these are good ideas, and I myself have seen results. I recommend jumping jacks or either jump rope for one hour, burns around 600 calories if you want to get rid of the weight fast, a healthy diet is also key, eat your fruits and vegetables!

  • Doing an intense workout right before a rest is the last thing you want to do. You want to cool down your muscles before your break, because even running involves muscles. To get a flat stomach, you want to do a steady run for about 10 minutes, just to get your lactic acids working. That's the point of a "cool down" button on a treadmill. If you run really fast right before you stop, you don't give your muscles a chance to rest, and the rest is when you actually lose weight. or eat mcdonalds

  • i did this workout for awile and it was ok but i get much better high intensity interval workout on the eleptic machine

    i warm up for 5 minutes normal speed then go hard for 16 secs and slow for 44 and then repeat 20 times and then cool down for 5 mins

    the best results that iv'e seen for myself anyway

  • @ohsulof4321 try doing ab excersises like crounches/ push ups, i have the same problem, does the jogging really wrk that fast, cause im gonna soooo try it. and ya do like 200-300 pushups a day, 15 reps evry 30 min. (dnt worry, sounds like a lot, but i found it simple, well after a couple of days, start slow...build up :] and just search ab excersises on youtube. :)

  • I went to the doctor about my belly fat and he told me something similar- the body burns fat with intermittent bursts of energy- you can do 30 mins monday, nothing tuesday, 40 mins wednesday and so on- so as to not let the body get used to anything. I suppose this is a more intense version of this that makes the body work harder after each stop. its actually genius. well dont dude.
