  • Those are the same fighting tops from which Marines shot the captain of the HMS Guerriere, as well as his 1st and 2nd Lieutenants on 19. Aug 1812.

    A few months later, Capt Lambert of the HMS Java is also shot by a Marine sharpshooter.

    Yep...alot of history up there.
