To be able to execute a straight frontflip after a roll, i has do do it that way. That isn`t a parkour-roll, but it is the roll he has to do to be able to make the flip at the end.

Well then your wrong arnt u. Its not about being extreme at all, its about the movement and how it makes u feel, what is acheviable. If you and your body can do it then its not extreme, thats when you bring an outside influence like skateboards, bmx's, dirtbikes and snowboards and so on, there extreme.

the video is telling you to use your natural suroundings and it happend to be raining in the start so it caused the puddle witch leed to him drying in the sun

i really like parkour and can see that these guys have talent, both the parkour itself and the production of the videos, but they seem a bit corny/gay/religious in some way, like a catholic self help video or something... i think parkour itself inspires thoughts, you dont have to ram a message down our throats with the music ect.
