What happends when u see a house vacant? Send a letter or see who owns the house?

@ozzyjessy - you have to find out who owns it before you can do anything. Tax assessor information will tell you who owns it - take the name and try to use a reverse directory to find a phone number for the owner - if that doesn't work, mail to the tax mailing address on the tax assessor's site.
