OK I have this video recorded from the TV broadcast... It's a way better than this one cuz this one is the DVD version in which they added echo to her voice...

The TV broadcast version is so amazing: You think the hight notes are amazing here? Just listen to the TV broadcast version and your breath will be taken away... This is pure 200% live and Celine back then didn't need to lip-sync the song cuz it was still fresh and brand new.

And yes the "FOREEEEEEVER" is mighty.. better than the studio

Dear friends, she did NOT lip-sync at all! That note was edited as a background echo when they made the DVD.

Remember people worked for the producer they watched the DVD thousand times before releasing the DVD to the market so there was NO WAY they didn't know about this obvious detail.

Please gain a bit basic knowledge about the studio work before making any comment about things in the DVD that didn't fit with what happened in the live show.

Anyway, I think the last echoed note is not a prove of her lip sync, bc there are videos where she is clearly singing live and that echo is still there, I think is a pre recorded sound effect.

No she's really not? When you powerfully sing into a mic on a high volume, you'll find it absorbs the note and if you're not careful and seperate the song in time, you could be singing on top of that last note - it's not lip synched what so ever.
