That was MArio slamming into the parked car of Roberto Guerrero. Guerrero had dropped out a few laps earlier and the officials left his car on the track instead of towing it off. So two cars were destroyed for no reason.

yea but at that time it was allowed if deemed by the track officials not to be in a "dangerous" place. you know what's hard to understand....they had all been through the area for several laps and were aware of the guerrero car. i can't imagine why he thought the car would not be there.
