@SethHesio I'm having a good time studying the methods here in France. Raw pork cured with male urine crystals made on the hearth (salt peter) is still eaten here. Nasty stuff but the process works. Buried shark for six months pissed on by a male human daily in Iceland is now produced via a different method but hey, they had to preserve that flesh somehow! Strong stuff, chased by a shot of "black death," their booze made from lichens. Wow!
