Once again, M$ is telling us, "This is just too hard for you to understand, you have to let us help you..." Run, Forrest, Run!
When I'm watching politicians or other public figures, I like to use this little trick for some laughs. Turn off the sound and watch the body language. Is this man lying?
What I find funny about this is his talk about simplicity. Ever had to implement a fix for a common windows or IE problem? The work around is usually complex and even finding the answer on Microsoft's site can be complex. If you are a developer you know what I am talking about.
Definitely the company line: coming from a company who has never succeeded in becoming an internet company. This is how Microsoft thinks the world should work, not a description of reality. The internet is build on open source (think apache and the BSD networking stack) both of which are the bedrock of the network and heavily copied in close and open-source operating systems. This is before you get onto recent opensource projects. But then this does MS no favours what-so-ever.

LOL, this is comedy at it's best, what a hack, no wonder Microsoft is fading away.
He should try politics for the narrow minded (US senate perhaps?)
R.I.P. M$, you will sincerly NOT be missed by anyone.
