looks good, however those iceberg lettuce leaves arent adding fiber as stated in the video--light colored lettuce has little if any nutrition its mostly water
this woman makes best bulgogi cook in youtube with english. but it is still mimic level. really I want to upload some real cook show video in korea. here is so many cook TV show and so many various things about cook. most koreans like to eat delicious and rare cook and foods. everythings are related with the cook in korea. anyway... real one.. I uploade the video.
@axxo702 hahahaha! I bet you're gagging to cook and eat it. y don't you try chinese stores (as they tend to have oriental spices and such) they might have what you're looking for.
when it said soda... i though it was baking soda or bicarbonate of soda... then i was wondering why u would put either of this into meat...... i just relised she was talking about soda.. soda!!
mixing bicarbonate of soda and a bit of water also leaves the same tenderness to the meat. It's a technique a korean woman in sydney used as well as its also done in chinese restaurants.
one question: to be exactly how many milliliters of soy sauce and sesame oil I have to use???? People from another country have different kind of measure, so if you put the measures in milliliters (ml) or cubical centimeters (cc) people like me could understand better..... I realy want to do the same
lol all your other vids are about politics hehe nice vid

Interesting use of brown sugar and green tea powder. There is a correction in the ingredients: it is 2 tbs of corn syrup, not starch syrup.

Why do they need 7up in the recipe?
phillyolly 9 months ago
@phillyolly He, that's to add sweetness to it. Where I get it they use sprite lol.

sprite or 7up, it makes meat tender.
supertrex2 2 years ago
u can used coke too but it also adds to the sweetness as well
KoreanVisualKei 2 years ago
7up and sprite is sweeter.
supertrex2 2 years ago
but cola makes the bulgoki more caramelized and more sweet in the end...
